What is slaked lime production equipment
The starting point of hydrated lime production is the crushing and screening of limestone(CaCO∝).Limestone needs to be first roughly crushed by a jaw crusher to crush large pieces of ore to a particle size of 100-300mm,and then finely crushed by a cone crusher or impact crusher to form a qualified particle size of 20-50mm.For example,a large building materials enterprise uses a combination of PE900×1200 jaw crusher and HP500 cone crusher,with a daily processing capacity of 2000 tons of limestone per line.
The dry digester is the core equipment for the production of hydrated lime,and its three-level structural design realizes the reaction between quicklime(CaO)and water:
Mixing zone:The hydrated lime production equipment and a certain amount of water form wet particles under the action of the mixing device,and the water cement ratio is controlled at 0.6-0.8:1 to avoid local overheating and agglomeration.
Reaction zone:Maintain a reaction temperature of 80-100℃through jacket heating,promote the full reaction of CaO with water to generate Ca(OH)₂,and release heat to raise the material temperature to 120-150℃.
Chenhua District:The particles of the hydrated lime production equipment are further matured here,with a digestion rate of over 98%and a free water content of less than 1%.
The three-stage dry powder digester adopted by a certain environmental protection enterprise has a single processing capacity of 20 tons/hour,a thermal efficiency of over 90%,a 30%energy saving compared to traditional wet digestion,and a 50%reduction in dust emissions.Its PLC control system can monitor temperature,humidity,and speed in real time,achieving unmanned operation.
The digested hydrated lime needs to be ground to achieve the target fineness through grinding equipment to meet the needs of different fields:
Raymond mill:suitable for processing powders with a mesh size of 200-800,achieved through the rolling and shearing of grinding rollers and rings.Taking the Guilin Hongcheng HC1700 Raymond mill as an example,it is equipped with 5 sets of grinding rollers,with a main power of 185kW.It can grind hydrated lime to D97≤10μm,with a screening rate of 99%and a unit power consumption of only 18-22kW·h/t.
Vertical grinding mill:designed for high production capacity requirements,with a single device capable of producing up to 50 tons per hour.The LM series vertical mill used by a certain cement enterprise achieves particle size control through the rolling and crushing of grinding discs and rollers,combined with a powder selector.The specific surface area of the product reaches 400-600m²/kg.
Ultra fine ring roller mill:The hydrated lime production equipment is used to prepare nano-sized calcium hydroxide,which achieves powder processing with D50≤2μm through multi-stage ring roller rolling.The MTW European version mill used by a certain chemical enterprise is equipped with a pulse dust collector,and the dust emission concentration is less than 8mg/m³,which meets the national environmental protection standards.
