In the industrial fields of construction,environmental protection,chemical engineering,metallurgy,etc.,hydrated lime is widely used as a basic chemical raw material in sewage treatment,flue gas desulfurization,soil improvement,building material production and other scenarios.The hydrated slaked lime equipment is the core device that converts quicklime into hydrated lime through digestion reaction.
1、The core principle of hydrated slaked lime equipment
The core function of hydrated slaked lime equipment is to convert solid calcium oxide into calcium hydroxide through the digestion reaction between quicklime and water.This process may seem simple,but it actually involves complex physical and chemical changes:
Rapid heat release:1kg of quicklime digestion can release about 1160kJ of heat,causing the reaction system temperature to instantly rise to 80-100℃,or even higher.
Volume expansion:After digestion,the volume of hydrated lime is about 2-3 times that of quicklime,and sufficient reaction space needs to be reserved.
A complete set of hydrated slaked lime equipment usually includes the following modules,which work together to achieve continuous production:
1.Lime crushing and screening module
Function:Crush large pieces of quicklime to a particle size suitable for digestion and screen out impurities.
Typical equipment:jaw crusher+hammer crusher+vibrating screen.
2.Digestive reaction module
Function:Mix quicklime and water in proportion,complete digestion reaction under stirring,and produce quicklime slurry.
3.Maturation and aging module
Function:The digested mature stone mortar solution needs to be left to mature,allowing unreacted quicklime to continue to be digested while further refining the particles and improving reaction activity.
