Working principle of raymond roller mill
The working principle of raymond roller mill can be summarized as the following five core steps:
1、Material conveying and grindingFeed System
After the material is crushed by the jaw crusher,it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator,and then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder.The grinding roller revolves around the vertical axis and rotates on its own,and centrifugal force causes the grinding roller to swing outward,tightly pressing the grinding ring.The scraper shoves the material into the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring,and achieves crushing through the rolling and crushing of the grinding roller.
Airflow classification system
The crushed material enters the analyzer under the negative pressure airflow generated by the blower,and the raymond roller mill separates according to particle size.Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow,while coarse particles return to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
Circulating air duct design
The circulating air path is sealed and in a negative pressure state.After passing through the analyzer and cyclone separator,some of the gas is discharged into the dust collector for purification through the residual air duct.After meeting the standards,it is discharged into the atmosphere.
3、Discharge and Environmental Protection
Finished product collection and dust control
After the fine powder of raymond roller mill is separated by the cyclone collector,the finished product is discharged through the powder outlet pipe.The dust generated inside the grinder is isolated and discharged through industrial filter cloth to achieve environmentally friendly emissions.
